<div>The small competition around the Day of the Monument in Austria gives us the opportunity to maintain the lists and add data and new photos. The Day of the Monument is 25 September 2016 and we chose an upload time from 24 September to 9 October. Maybe you could help us with a banner announcing the campaign. I wrote a mail with details to Romaine. I can write a WLM blog post concerning suggestions to every country, which has completed all the lists with pictures of monuments :).</div>

In Austria we don't have the opportunity to run a full WLM competition<br/>
this year, because we already have pictures of 96 percent of the<br/>
monuments in the cultural heritage of our country. We almost completed<br/>
the lists of 37.000 protected monuments and many people say, we have<br/>
reached our goal and should try other things.<br/>
To maintain the idea of WLM (and our lists of monuments) we have a<br/>
little photo competition with special prizes around the Austrian "Day of<br/>
the Monument" in cooperation with the Federal Office for the Monuments.<br/>
The motto for this year's special prizes is "on the way together". We<br/>
hope to get photos of protected railroad infrastructure for example the<br/>
Semmeringbahn, mentioned on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and old<br/>
buildings on traditional roads.<br/>
I hope we can join the international WLM-Community again with another<br/>
one month photo competition next year.<br/>
