There is no banner arranged for the last day. If such is

I checked the CentralNotice system and it appears that the
WikiFranca banner has the priority of 'normal' and the wlm
banner has the priority of 'high'. If have raised the WLM
banner to emergency for France now, hopefully this work.
However, the situation described should not be possible as the
WLM banner has a higher priority than the WikiFranca banner.
Maybe this is a bug, but normally the WLM banner should be
shown more often.<br>

BTW, on french wikipedia, everybody gets a notice for
WikiFranca, I've already warned Romaine on his talk page
but if someone can fix it for today, it should be nice (I
think it's related to the priority of these two campaigns)<br>
