Je suis pas sûr d'avoir tout suivi à cette affaire mais il me semble qu'elle 
devrait intéresser Wikimédia France et ceux qui défendent un sourçage sérieux 
des articles.

Chers collègues,

Vers le 18 janvier, je vous ai fait part d'une pétition pour le Libre Accès
à la communication scientifique adressée à la CE en vous incitant à la
signer et à la diffuser auprès des chercheurs de votre organisme de
recherche ou de votre université .
Vous trouverez ci dessous un "état des lieux" dressé par Peter Suber au
moment ou on approche les  20 000 signatures qui est plus qu'encourageant.
Toutefois si vous regardez  les statistiques données à 15000 signatures dans
le cadre de gauche sur le site  http://www.ec-petition.eu/ , vous verrez que
la France reste bien timide par rapport à l'Allemagne (2 fois moins de
signatures)ou par rapport au petit Portugal, par exemple.
Peut-être pourriez vous relancer vos chercheurs? Les présidents
d'université?
Aucune université française n'apparait dans la liste des universités
européennes dans la liste ci-dessous.
Cette pétition  sera  présentée bientôt à la CE . Les enjeux de montrer une
voix forte des chercheurs à cette occasion sont très importants.

guaranteed public access to publicly-funded research results.
