Actually, per the settings defined at DefaultSettings.php,[1] specifically
the  $wgExemptFromUserRobotsControl settings, The Index/Noindex magic words
are disabled in articlespace. Rightfully so - a vandal do tons of damage to
our place in search results otherwise.
