Not really: I know a couple of the group at the Welcome Sanger Institute 
(Magnus Manske I have met often at Cambridge meetups; Alex Bateman came 
once). A group of them have already put out a paper on ten points about 
contributing to WP. Which was mentioned in the Signpost. I.e. this is 
part of a campaign.
