To the thread:

As far as the naming convention "superuser" agree super-user isn't
the best name, as it implies "root".  How's "editor at-large"; keeps
focus that these are editing related activities, but that these are
rights to benefit everyone.

As to what to bundle, accountcreator shouldn't be here--it's not
content related; while these are mostly content rights.

As to who requiring a 'crat to add this; it's not requried now-why
add more overhead?
