Project would be ideal, but there are 'technical issues.'

'Wikiproject' works, but 'Collaboration' has certain semantics that
'Wikiproject' does not.
And it has the added bonus in that it doesn't have the word "wiki-" in it.

I'm firmly on the fence between the two.
