One of its roles is as a further avenue for review/appeal when things
get heated on WP itself. It used to be the place to appeal blocks, but
unblock-l now serves that role.

Personally, I think it's probably ok to bring awareness here of issues
there, but it seems a bit pointless to carry on the exact same debate
in two places.
