What I did, and I originated the proposed policy, is include a sentence
or two and a link to the proposed policy, combined with some mailing list
posts.

Please finish the job, if you can. Clearly, business, organizations, and
towns can also suffer both embarrassment and damages from libel and
unfounded negative information.
