[WikiEN-l] A new solution for the BLP dilemma

That proposal isn't one that I'm comfortable wit. It seems to encourage
sweeping problematic BLPs under the carpet by reducing the probability that
they'll be viewed. I'd rather we rolled up our sleeves and strategically
tackled troublesome content.
Perhaps enabling flagged revisions for BLPs as an interim step, until we get
on top of the problem, would be useful.
