No. What's needed is:

1) A copy of the GFDL. For web uses, a link to the GFDL is generally
accepted as complying with this.

2) The preservation of any copyright notices, and of the notice that
the thing is available under the GFDL.

The situation is slightly different if using a modified version, but
that's not usually the case when photos are used.
