Thomas if you've been following along you will see that a previous shortcut  
was deleted *because* the arbitrator did not want additional "subpages" in 
that  space.
 
Granted a redir is not exactly a subpage, but it's likely that  the further 
away we can get from the complaint the better it will be  acceptable.  That is, 
the less confusion over whether something is in the  same space, the better.
