[WikiEN-l] No-indexing of project-space pages

For reference, I opened this bugzilla bug

because, I think fairly obviously, I support minimizing indexing by external
sources of anything other than encyclopedic content (mainspace (article)
pages, and images... not even their talks) for just about every case.

I tried to suggest that there should be an easy general way to do this.
BRION said there is already. So I guess what is needed is the discussion to
validate it.

It is difficult to achieve consensus for anything controversial on en:wp but
I hope this gains traction.
