Lar is not trusted? Why not? By whom? Is there some specific reason to
believe he's abusively released the private information of any editor?
If so, then you should definitely contact arbcom with it. Repeatedly
hand-waving about how you "might" file an arbitration is rather silly.
Just do it or don't. Anything else is a waste of time.
