I believe that's been mentioned here before, quite a while ago.

Cracked, in its online version, has been surprisingly clever and 
topical, with some serious, deep philosophical points sometimes 
present in their articles... nothing like the cheap ripoff of Mad 
Magazine I remember them being when I was a kid.
