The big problem is working out who to credit. I've been trying to
answer that question, and have failed completely - no system I've come
up with would be anywhere near fair. As for how to attribute - it has
to be by pseudonym since that's all we know, if people want to be
credited under their real name they need to sign up under their real
name, or get renamed to it.
