No, we don't.
Remember, what is called "policy" on Wikipedia is not prescriptive. It is
merely a description of what has happened in the past in response to certain
situations, to provide a guide as to what to expect in similar situations in
the future.
There's no need to *explicitly* change "policy"; simply start acting
differently and "policy" will follow.
