Okay and can you identify whether or not he is flagging all fair use images  
in general?
Because he like some others on this list, believes that it's good to remove  
any image tagged with a fair use tag?
 
Remembering that this is a bot which has little to no intelligence about  
context.  Can it really identify the *context* in which an image is used  for an 
appropriate flagging?  Does that seem like a very useful activity  for a bot 
to be engaged in?
