This discussion is getting frightfully off-topic.  Given previous
discussions, and the high qualifications required, I highly suspect that Sue
is planning to hire people qualified for higher positions (i.e. those who
deserve the "big title") right now, and, once they know their positions,
hire the lower and mid-level employees (whom report to high-level employees)
later.
