More important is the need to work with peers outside of the company -
more often than not, a persons position is titled in a way that would
allow them to work directly with people in a comparable position (i.e.
if a "Business Developer Assistant" calls a "Vice President for
Corporate Giving"). If Kul has a level of authority appropriate to
"Head of Business Development" then that should be his title, even if
there are only a couple of people reporting directly to him.
