[WikiEN-l] Expanded diff options

I do it this way on my watchlist. Rather than check everything, I sometimes
compare an article now, to when I last saw it, and look for material added
and removed, changes etc. Then if there is a serious reduction in quality on
some section, I can help to propose additions to fix it. I find that
approach fairly time efficient.
