[WikiEN-l] English Wikipedia on-wiki survey, flagged or semi, and how to protect BLPs

Why not put a reason in the template that protects it and display that 
reason in <font size="+2"> for</font> an edit action, so you know what 
standards you did not read (might yet understand)?
