None.

Fair use, fair dealing, right of quotation those are all part of the
traditional copyright structure. By relying on them to any extent you
are getting into the traditional copyright game.

One of the key things about free content is that we in effect say to
the groups within the traditional copyright system "here's your ball
go home".
