Consensus? I call bullshit. Fred, you know that voices in your head do
not count as a consensus even when they agree.

I think the community can be assured this is not a action taken with
the endorsement of arbcom, this is just an instance of Fred making
vague suggestions that some random batshit action was officially
endorsed. ... and not the first such instance in the last couple of
weeks.
