How about making an issue of the WP article including his draft-resisting days (sourced from the New York Times), on the grounds that it harms his employment prospects? And also posting this in an online biography about himself? "Daniel Brandt was an antiwar activist at the University of Southern California as an undergraduate during the late 1960s, and was prosecuted for resisting the draft." (June 16 2005.)
