Anyone want to help in replacing placeholders with Flickr images?

Placeholders include:

Image:Replace this image1.svg
Image:Replace this image female.svg
Image:Replace this image male.svg

... and anything in
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikipedia_image_placeholders
