identity, and "a redesign of the default website interface". (ie.
addressing that Mediawiki uses monobook by default, in all the
non-Wikimedia sites, a consistent point of confusion.)
This will surely have far-reaching implications, possibly including
the aesthetic design of things like the maintenance templates. (?)
