I only blocked Privatemusings and flagged the others. I have no idea
if any of the others are unblocked.

If the person behind the accounts wants to sincerely show they can
write an encyclopedia, then hey, why not. That's what we're after.
Staying out of Wikipedia: page space as absolutely much as possible is
a good idea as well - to do what one can in article and talk pages.
(Advice for all of us, I suspect.)
