Not at all!  By Todd's definition freedom is the right to say exactly 
what you're taught to say.  It is a very effective doctrine that has 
certainly been favoured by a majority of governments over the course of 
history.  It would be undemocratic to suggest that such a majority would 
be wrong. ;-)
