Hmm, I suppose there does seem to be a good deal of familiarity, even 
from the oldest edits from that account. Nonetheless, that isn't 
necessarily a "tell". Some users edit as an IP for quite some time 
before creating an account. Others observe for an extended period of 
time, and only join in the "fun" when they are sure they know what they 
are doing.

I mean, this is a bit odd for a single-day account, and there is some 
other weirdness:

Still, despite these curious contributions, it seems odd to accuse an 
editor of being a sockpuppet account without identifying who he is 
suspected of being a sockpuppet of.
