[WikiEN-l] Request for attention: [[VEST]] and a patent dispute

Hi,

Two people are disputing over the patent rights for a cipher algorithm
([[VEST]]), and are doing so using Wikipedia. I haven't got time to look into
this properly; could someone check this out (including the linked PDFs) and see
if we need to do anything?
