The MFD is heated enough. Let's wait  until that one finishes.
Besides, if it doesn't interfere with good  writing, the template can still
have solid uses (on soon to be released  material and very recent stuff most
people wouldn't want spoiled) See  Johnleemk's comment above. Deleting the
entire template without discussing  changes would be premature.
