Individual concerts probably are rarely notable enough for specific
mention (with occasional exceptions when something of particular
significance happened at one), but they are usually part of something
bigger that may deserve mention. The article on a particular artist
may mention his/her/their concert tours, and significant individual
performances. Maybe the particular tour is significant enough by
itself to warrant an article. If it's a multi-artist festival, it
may be significant enough for an article, either as a recurring thing
([[Lollapalooza]]) or a single notable event ([[Woodstock
Festival]]). This is probably something that needs to be decided on
a case by case basis rather than as a hard-and-fast rule.
