The problem with redundancy is primarily one of maintenance. If the
information is in two places, there are two places that need to be
updated when something changes. It can be worth it in some situations,
so it might be worth having a borderline notable topic discussed both
in a parent article and its own article, but with low notability
topics it's not worth it.
