Do they say anything about press reporting? Six US-based press
articles so far proudly displaying the number in text or image. What
about TV broadcast? It was broadcast on Current TV, Al Gore's cable
channel, and is still on the Current TV website.

Realistically, the probability of Wikimedia being sued is zero.
