Jay, if you mean to include topic-banned users then I disagree. I was
topic-banned from [[Sathya Sai Baba]] by the arbcom though they
described my editing behavior there as "generally responsible". I have
repeatedly but unsuccessfully requested several members of the arbcom
(Kyril, Fred, UninvitedCompany) to provide diffs that show that I engage
in activism or disruptive editing on that article.
