[WikiEN-l] User space needs to be more clearly marked

This whole discussion is why I'm particularly fond of the {{Userpage}} template... perhaps it should be applied automatically at the top of user-space?

  Thanks for pointing that out - I never noticed before, because on an
  LCD monitor, the two colors are almost indistinguishable.
