Not to mention that "free content", to most people, means exactly that: "free content." That is: "Hey, I can download it for free from the Interweb." I have seen very few articles about Wikipedia which get the licensing part right. That said, that's one of those things you have to hammer into a person's head about 10 times before they understand it.
Maybe I need to create [[WP:100T]] which repeats {{:WP:10T}} 10 times ...
