Someone makes an excellent point at [[talk:Edwina Currie]]. She
complains that she couldn't possibly have gone to the same school as
Derek Hatton: "a bit difficult, that, since it was an all-girls school
and I actually attended a State grammar school, the Liverpool
Institute High School for Girls"

But on her website, she claims that she "went to the same school as
Beatles George Harrison and Sir Paul McCartney"! In reality, the two
beatles (and Hatton) went to Liverpool Institute for Boys while she
went to Liverpool Institute for Girls.

Talk about having your cake and eating it too!
