Better would be
1) Undelete it all
2) Add contributor listings (since nearly every BJAODN entry was added by
one person, it's really not that hard)
3) For entries whose contribution history has been lost, the rational thing
would be to recognize that NOONE WILL EVER CARE. But since we don't have to
be rational, those can be shunted off to some external site.

Oh wait, we're done.
