Can anyone point to a discussion on Bugzilla, I'd like to know what
the technical problem is.  Superficially the autoconfirm code would
seem to me to do much the same job, so I'd be interested to see why
it's hard to, as it were, manually un-autoconfirm specified
addresses and accounts.
