Notability is not a boolean; nor for that matter is it even really
objective. Oh, once a measure has been set, degree of notability can
be assessed with some objectivity; but it is always a matter of
degree.
Indeed, this argument is very much a manifestation of this. Evidence
for the noting of Essjay and his real name is easy enough to come by,
and indeed has been laid before you here. The problem is, you insist
on a different measure from the rest of us. There could hardly be a
more straightforward demonstration of the subjectivity of the matter.
