Well, they're a little more circumspect than that---they do explicitly 
say that they're always combating search-engine-gaming techniques, 
though of course they don't give any details on what they're doing to 
combat them.  They've occasionally mentioned specific things they were 
targeting, like trying to downrate the effects of mass-blog-linking.
