decided that nothing could spruce up your web page more than an
image of the smiling, debnair fellow at http://www.eskimo.com/~scs/

specifying src="http://www.eskimo.com/~scs/images/scs1.jpg".
Now, not only have you violated poor scs's copyright, but you're
asking him (or his ISP, eskimo.com) to pay for the bandwidth for
every one of your web page's visitors to load that image.

What I was wondering is, what's "IAWTC"?  ("I Agree With This
Comment, maybe, but d. usually has much droller observations.)
