It would never come to trial, but it seems that internet copyright is
a very grey area at the moment. P2P technologies have been unfairly
blamed (and tried) for some of the uses they are put to. It has become
possible to be tried for facilitating copyright violation, rather than
committing it. In theory, we could be "facilitating copyright
violation", or supporting it, in the courts eyes, by linking to
copyvio YouTube videos.
