It's one of the various groups I tend to devide admins into admins fall into

paper admins
slightly active
active
hyper active

most admins fall into the first two groups with most of the work being
done by the actives and hyper actives.

on any given day we have a little over 200 active admins:

200 is also pretty  close to the number that average over 100
deletions per month.
I don't think the current sitation is sustainable in the long run.
