I would suggest capitalizing 'free'. There are no doubt plenty of free
as in cost images which you can download without paying anything
(<http://images.google.com/images?q=david%20mamet&num=30&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&um=1&sa=N&tab=wi>),
but that's quite different from what we want, which are Freely-licensed
images. It should be emphasized from the beginning that it's free as in
speech not money. It's a hard and unusual concept for a lot of people,
if all the image deletions on en are anything to go by.
