Ingredients:

* 2 cups self-raising flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* 2 tbsp nitroglycerine

Method:

Mix dry ingredients well. Beat egg and fold into dry mix. Throw
nitroglycerin at the mix as hard as you can.
