Disclaimers like this are quite ridiculous in postings to public 
mailing lists.

On another mail-format-related issue, some people are failing to do 
any trimming whatsoever to the quoted material they're replying to; 
one recent thread has resulted in a message with an astounding eight 
copies of the list footer, interspersed between a hodgepodge of top 
and bottom posted replies.
