post by Ward Cunnigham, Jimbo provided testimony on Dec. 11th
before the "U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security And Governmental
Affairs" on "E-Government 2.0: Improving Innovation, Collaboration, and
Access". Mr. Cunningham links to this
pdf<http://hsgac.senate.gov/_files/121107Wales.pdf%20>of the
testimony. Apparently, this influenced Joe Liberman to make this
statement<http://hsgac.senate.gov/index.cfm?FuseAction=PressReleases.Detail&PressRelease_id=1598&Affiliation=C>.
Just wondering why this wasn't spoken of at all, and what people think of
it. Seems like we should be focusing on positive stuff like this, instead of
mulling over the COO thing for the umpteenth time...
